Two Pillars of My Path in Cytopathology: Mentorship From Training to Practice

Mentorship has been a cornerstone of my professional development in cytopathology, shaping both my diagnostic acumen and academic identity. Under the guidance of Dr. Claire Michael during residency and fellowship, I was introduced to a culture of intellectual rigor, systems thinking, and continuous improvement.
