Her outstanding contributions to the field have been recognized with the CMSA National Award of Service Excellence and the Southern Ohio Valley CMSA Case Management Leadership Award. In 2022, she was inducted as a Fellow of Case Management (FCM), one of the highest professional distinctions in the discipline.As a devoted advocate for case management at both national and local levels, Janet continues to serve the Southern Ohio Valley Chapter of CMSA and has been a frequent presenter at CMSA Annual and Chapter Conferences. Her engaging sessions and poster presentations highlight emerging trends, ethical practice, and innovation in case management.Janet is also an accomplished writer whose work has appeared in CMSA Today, CareManagement, and the Professional Case Management Journal.
