Abstract:
The R 3 , a statewide nursing initiative, used an innovative dialogue platform to amplify nurses' voices, addressing critical issues in workforce retention. Findings highlight the importance of relational dynamics-leadership, peer, patient, and self-in fostering nurse well-being and workforce sustainability. The report underscores the need for transparent, empathetic leadership to enhance nurse engagement and reduce burnout. This innovative dialogue platform is feasible and accessible and provides actionable solutions to nursing issues.
