Prostatic Solitary Fibrous Tumor With Pulmonary Metastases: A Case Report

This case report details the first instance of a solitary fibrous tumor (SFT) originating in the prostate gland metastasizing to the lungs. It highlights the potential for malignant behavior in prostatic SFTs, necessitating long-term patient surveillance.
