Antimuscarinic drugs (AMs) effectively treat lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) in multiple sclerosis (MS) patients, improving quality of life. However, AMs may cause cognitive deficits, dry mouth, and dizziness, requiring careful consideration in MS management.
