    Background:

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To assess the long-term safety and efficacy of secondary augmentation mastopexy.
    • Analyze clinical outcomes including complication and re-operation rates.

    Main Methods:

    • Retrospective review of 1664 secondary augmentation mastopexy procedures (2009-2021).
    • Collected data on demographics, operative characteristics, and post-operative outcomes.
    • Analyzed complication and re-operation rates.

    Main Results:

    • Overall complication rate was 11% and re-operation rate was 8.7% over a mean 47-month follow-up.
    • Tissue-related complications (7.3%) and implant-related complications (3.8%) were observed.
