Unique Case of a 6 centimetre Ruptured Popliteal Artery Aneurysm Causing Thigh Compartment Syndrome

A ruptured popliteal artery aneurysm (PAA) caused thigh compartment syndrome and hemodynamic instability in an 81-year-old male. Endovascular repair with a covered stent successfully excluded the PAA, salvaging the limb.
