Robotic-assisted laparoscopy for endometrial cancer reduces blood loss and improves lymph node yield compared to conventional laparoscopy, despite longer operative times. This approach offers a safe and effective surgical alternative.

  • Further prospective studies are warranted to confirm findings and evaluate cost-effectiveness.
