IgA and IgM-enriched Immunoglobulins in Primary Immunodeficiencies: a Pilot Study

Patients with primary immunodeficiencies (PID) and low IgA/IgM levels saw fewer infections and hospitalizations after receiving an immunoglobulin preparation enriched with IgA and IgM (IgGAM). This suggests IgGAM may improve clinical outcomes for PID patients with persistent infections.

- IgGAM shows promise for PID patients experiencing persistent or recurrent respiratory or digestive infections.
