To guide or not to guide: A randomized study on the use of needle guide for chorionic villus sampling training

Training in chorionic villus sampling (CVS) did not differ between needle-guided, freehand, or context variation methods. However, needle guides improved performance in ultrasound-guided CVS transfer tests, suggesting their utility for novice learners.
