Irradiated crystal thermometry serves as a vital passive high-temperature measurement method, predominantly deployed for wall temperature monitoring in rotating components and enclosed structural systems of aero-engines. The embedded installation inherently creates a standoff distance between crystals and target surfaces, introducing measurable deviations between recorded peak temperatures and actual wall temperatures. This investigation establishes parametric computational heat transfer models to determine temperature field distributions across varied installation configurations. Simulation results demonstrate that thermal perturbations from mounting holes concentrate radially along the depth axis, exerting negligible effects on blade temperature distribution beyond twice the hole diameter; crystal temperature readings exhibit strong depth dependence; cover plates minimally affect measurement accuracy but significantly improve temperature uniformity within the hole; diminishing returns occur sharply for cover plate thicknesses exceeding 0.1 mm.
