Catheter ablation successfully treated drug-refractory polymorphic ventricular tachycardia (PVT) in a patient with left ventricular excessive trabeculation (LVET). This case demonstrates Purkinje fibers in deep trabeculations can trigger life-threatening arrhythmias.
