A Two-Dimensional Quantitative Assessment Method for Breast Ptosis Following Transaxillary Implant Augmentation

A new two-dimensional assessment method for breast ptosis, using the Nipple Ptosis Score (NPS) and Inferior Breast Border Ptosis Score (IBPS), predicts patient satisfaction after augmentation. Scores of IBPS ≤ 1.5 and NPS ≤ 2.5 indicate higher satisfaction.
