Summary
Adults with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-associated T-cell lymphoproliferative disease (EBV+ T-cell LPD) can develop central nervous system (CNS) involvement. This case shows successful treatment of CNS relapse using haploidentical stem cell transplantation with post-transplant cyclophosphamide.
