Its development was supported by an integrative literature review, official documents from the Ministry of Education, Federal Nursing Council, Brazilian Nursing Association and theoretical framework by Philippe Perrenoud.
Results:
in the first round, the instrument presented a Content Validity Index of 0.89, while in the second round, of 0.92. Reliability was 0.993. The instrument presents identification information, usage guidelines, four domains, 27 items, descriptive assessment by professors and supervisors, and student self-assessment.
Conclusions:
the instrument is a valid tool, allowing formative assessment. Its use, based on the guidelines established and based on the theoretical framework, encourages the procedural and regulatory assessment of student learning in supervised curricular internship.
