Fracture Resistance of Teeth Restored With Different Fiber-Reinforced Composites: A Comparative In Vitro Study

Fiber-reinforced composites (FRCs) significantly enhance fracture resistance in teeth with large mesio-occluso-distal (MOD) cavities compared to conventional composites. EverStick glass fiber demonstrated the highest fracture resistance, offering improved durability for posterior restorations.
