Transforming pharmacy education and practice in the Gulf Region: challenges, progress, and future vision

Pharmacy education in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) is expanding, with many programs shifting to Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD). However, challenges remain in preparing practice-ready pharmacists and developing postgraduate training and research opportunities across the region.
