Summary

This study introduces a new massively parallel sequencing (MPS) system for forensic DNA analysis, simultaneously detecting 88 short tandem repeats (STRs) and 348 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). The validated system demonstrates high sensitivity, accuracy, and reliability for human identification.
