Radiation dose assessment on operator during the dental postmortem procedure using handheld radiograph system

Portable handheld X-ray devices in forensic odontology pose minimal radiation risk to operators. Eye and finger doses from the NOMAD™ Pro device remain well within International Commission on Radiological Protection limits during postmortem examinations.
