Abstract:
The pain score during gingival depigmentation by diode laser and scalpel is of interest. Hence, the total numbers of patients included were 20. The quadrant undergoing depigmentation via diode laser and scalpel was designated as Group-I and Group II respectively. Data shows that both the conventional scalpel technique and the diode laser achieved similar result in terms of pain perception.
