Abstract:
γ-Aminophosphonates exhibit promising biological activities and medicinal potential, yet efficient synthetic methods for their preparation remain limited. Herein, we develop a mild and efficient photocatalytic strategy for the construction of γ-aminophosphonates via an aryl radical-initiated radical relay process, using easily synthesizable oxime esters as precursors for both phenyl radicals and iminyl radicals. This method features a broad substrate scope and excellent functional group tolerance. Additionally, the products can be further transformed into complex azaphosphorus heterocycles.
