Intravesical bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) therapy, used for bladder cancer, can rarely cause serious systemic side effects. This case report details a patient who developed autoimmune encephalitis after BCG treatment, which was successfully managed with steroids and plasmapheresis.
