Secretory substances from induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived mesenchymal stem cells (iMSCs) show promise for treating atopic dermatitis (AD). This iMSC secretome reduced inflammation and improved skin barrier function in both cell cultures and an AD mouse model.
