The live cell-based assay (Live-CBA) shows higher sensitivity for diagnosing myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody-associated disease (MOGAD) in pediatric patients meeting 2023 criteria. This improves diagnostic accuracy compared to the fixed-cell-based assay (Fixed-CBA).
