Abstract:
Given the aging of the population and the preference of older people to remain in their own homes, enhanced home care services present themselves as an essential alternative to traditional care establishments. These services aim to provide tailored support to seniors by allowing them to continue living in the comfort of their own home while receiving quality care. The reinforced Fildom system, created in 2021 in Normandy, is an example of an innovative experiment in personalized support for elderly people losing their autonomy. The benefits for beneficiaries and their caregivers are undeniable, even if a few challenges still need to be addressed to optimize them.
