Clinical Correlation of Orthodontic-Endodontic Treatment Planning of Traumatized Teeth: An Original Research

Background:
Traumatized anterior teeth, especially incisors, often present complex challenges requiring interdisciplinary care.
Methods:
A cross-sectional observational study was conducted on 51 anterior incisor teeth affected by trauma in patients aged 12-30 years. Treatment was planned following a collaborative ortho-endo approach.
Results:
A significant correlation was found between time since trauma and the need for endodontic intervention (P < 0.05).
Conclusion:
Coordinated orthodontic and endodontic protocols reduce complications and improve long-term outcomes.
