Milk proteins and fat influence Ag migration from model dairy packaging containing silver nanoparticles

Silver nanoparticle (AgNP) migration from polyethylene films into milk was studied. Milkfat content influenced Ag migration, with skim and 2% fat milk showing higher migration than whole milk.
