The Importance of Small Lateral Dural CSF Collections in Spontaneous Intracranial Hypotension: A Radiologic-Anatomic

Small lateral dural cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) collections found on digital subtraction myelography (DSM) in patients with spontaneous intracranial hypotension (SIH) indicate a CSF leak. Surgical exploration confirmed leaks in all patients, expanding treatment options for SIH.
