Analytical Performance Comparison of Three Quantitative Hepatitis B Surface Antigen Assays

Two quantitative hepatitis B surface antigen (qHBsAg) assays, Architect and Elecsys, show sufficient analytical performance for clinical use. The LIAISON assay had limitations in linearity and quantification, highlighting the need for assay standardization in hepatitis B virus (HBV) monitoring.
