Naturally Occurring Anti-Jka: Expanding the Evidence beyond Sensitization

Naturally occurring anti-Jkª Kidd antibodies were identified in two patients without prior sensitization. Solid-phase red cell adherence testing detected these antibodies, which were missed by conventional methods, emphasizing its importance for transfusion safety.
