Left bundle branch area pacing (LBBAP) can induce left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT) obstruction in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) patients. Adjusting pacing settings, like switching from bipolar to unipolar, can resolve this obstruction and improve symptoms.
