Fetal RFOF Mimics CoA: The Predictive and Differential Value of Cardiac Output and Left Heart Morphological

Redundant foramen ovale flap (RFOF) can mimic coarctation of the aorta (CoA) on ultrasounds. New echocardiographic parameters like FOFd/LAd ratio and aortic arch angle help differentiate RFOF from CoA in fetuses.
