Dynamic K-line status predicts recovery in cervical ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament (OPLL). Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) is most effective, while laminectomy with fusion (LF) is preferred over laminoplasty (LP) for certain K-line statuses.
