This study shows that combining repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) with cognitive training improved motor and cognitive functions in a stroke patient with chronic deficits. Quantitative EEG also indicated normalized brain activity, suggesting a potential new neurorehabilitation approach.
