Pre-TAVR leaflet modification (LM) in bicuspid aortic valves (BAV) improves transcatheter heart valve (THV) expansion and circularity. This technique shows promise for reducing complications and enhancing THV geometry in BAV patients.

- This approach can significantly enhance THV expansion and circularity.
