Amber-red color imaging (ACI) significantly improves the visualization of submucosal vessels and layers during endoscopic submucosal dissections (ESD) and peroral endoscopic myotomies (POEM). This novel technique enhances clarity for both expert and non-expert endoscopists in third-space endoscopy.
