Ruptured intracranial dermoid cysts: Imaging at acute presentation and follow-up

Ruptured intracranial dermoid cysts, though rare, present with distinct imaging features on MRI, particularly T1-weighted sequences. Symptoms may improve, but fat dissemination within the brain persists long-term.
