Olfactory bulb volume (OBV) increased after surgery for eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusitis (ECRS), correlating with improved smell identification. Longer odor duration and higher symptom scores predicted smaller OBV increases, suggesting structural changes relate to olfactory recovery.
