Mortality Predictors of Adult Meningeal Tuberculosis: Analysis from a Tertiary Center Using the Lancet Consensus

Meningeal tuberculosis (TB) has a high fatality rate. Simple blood and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) markers can predict mortality in patients with tuberculous meningitis (TBM), aiding early risk stratification and monitoring.

- These simple markers can guide early clinical decision-making and facilitate closer patient monitoring.
