Abstract:
Here we report TBEP, a trifunctional sonosensitizer integrating aggregation-induced emission characteristics for ultrasound-triggered reactive oxygen species generation, estradiol-mediated ERα targeting, and pterostilbene-derived inflamation inhibition. This modular platform synergizes spatially precise SDT with tumor microenvironment modulation, offering a promising strategy for breast cancer therapy.
