Abstract:
This report details the case of a 4-year-old girl diagnosed with acral pseudolymphomatous angiokeratoma of childhood (APACHE). Treatment with topical sirolimus 0.4% once daily led to almost complete resolution of the lesions. No adverse effects were observed after 1 year of follow-up.
