Menopausal hormone therapy and long term mortality: nationwide, register based cohort study

Menopausal hormone therapy (MHT) use was not associated with an increased risk of all-cause mortality in a large Danish cohort study. Findings suggest MHT is safe regarding overall mortality, even with long-term use.
