Summary

Regenerative therapy combining recombinant human fibroblast growth factor-2 (rhFGF-2), carbonate apatite (CO3Ap), and connective tissue graft (CTG) via the entire papilla preservation technique (EPPT) successfully treated a cemental tear-associated bone defect. This minimally invasive approach achieved significant bone fill and soft tissue regeneration in an elderly patient.
