Antimicrobial resistance is an issue that affects human, animal and ecosystem health. National and international institutions are calling for a "One Health" approach that should complement the specific challenges of each sector and align with the expectations of each of them. This requires a clear understanding of the issues and key players in each sector. France has recently developed structural tools and shown a strong commitment to progress towards the concrete implementation of a "One Health" approach. However, several challenges still need to be addressed, including maintaining a culture of collaboration and securing funding to ensure the sustainability of the improvements achieved so far.
