Could galcanezumab modulate inflammatory cytokines? A single-centre exploratory study.

Episodic migraine patients show higher levels of certain cytokines compared to chronic migraine and healthy individuals. Galcanezumab treatment temporarily reduced these cytokine levels, suggesting CGRP influences migraine inflammation.
