Background:

Inverted nipples are a common congenital abnormality.
Existing correction techniques often have high recurrence rates.
A need exists for effective, durable inverted nipple correction methods.

Purpose of the Study:

To describe a novel fascia fat graft technique for inverted nipple correction.
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of this technique in patients undergoing concurrent breast surgery.

Main Methods:

A fascia fat graft technique was utilized for inverted nipple correction.
The procedure was performed in conjunction with other breast surgeries between 2014 and 2024.
Eighteen women (26 nipples) underwent the correction.

Main Results:

The novel technique demonstrated successful correction of inverted nipples.
No complications or recurrences were reported in the study cohort.
Patients experienced minimal scarring and donor site morbidity.

Conclusions:

Fascia fat grafting is a safe and effective method for correcting inverted nipples.
This technique offers a durable solution with excellent aesthetic outcomes.
Concurrent application during breast surgery enhances patient convenience and outcomes.
