The Relationship Between Immune Semaphorins and Myasthenia Gravis

Immune semaphorin levels, specifically semaphorin 4A and 7A, show potential as biomarkers for diagnosing myasthenia gravis (MG). While semaphorin 4A was lower and semaphorin 7A higher in MG patients, disease stage did not correlate with levels.

- These findings could inform the development of novel therapeutic strategies targeting semaphorin pathways in autoimmune diseases.
