Transrectal contrast-enhanced ultrasound (TR-CEUS) wash-in, elevated total prostate-specific antigen (T-PSA), and higher Gleason score (GS) independently predict bone metastasis (BM) in prostate cancer (PCa). A developed nomogram accurately assesses BM risk in PCa patients.
