Abstract:
An advanced homogeneous photoelectrochemical (PEC) sensing strategy is designed based on the integration of the excellent PEC performance of PyTTA-HOF/MXene with CRISPR/Cas12a-mediated signal transduction and amplification, which can effectively avoid cumbersome, multi-step electrode modification and demonstrates satisfactory detection performance for the clinically relevant HPV-16 gene.
