Summary

An automated method using CT angiography (CTA) and non-contrast CT (NCCT) accurately measures net water uptake (NWU) in ischemic stroke patients. This approach shows good agreement with traditional CT perfusion (CTP) methods and aids in identifying early treatment windows.
